Managing Users in ListingPro
There are two types of users; Admin and normal. An Admin has full rights and can access all listings (upload/delete) and manage (create/delete) users. A normal user can simply upload/manage their own listings and no one else’s. Just tick the User Admin box if you want to give full permission – but be careful who you give these rights to.
When you add a new listing, all of the user's names (Agents) will be available in a drop down menu. Be sure to select the correct Agent for that listing. This only applies if the person logged in has Administrative rights. If not, they will only see their own name in the drop down menu.

An Admin can also view all of the activity of its sales associates as far as logging in, uploading, editing, etc. Just click on the View Log link located next to each user.
Don’t forget to hit the ‘Log Out’ link when you’re done!
