However, before you contact us, we would appreciate it if you review our Knowledge Base to see if your question has already been asked and answered. Don’t see your question there? Not a problem. Just use our convenient contact form and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible (typically less than 24 hours M-F). If the matter is urgent, please don’t hesitate to call us. We also offer our clients a secure desktop sharing service through Free Screen Sharing. Whether you use a PC or a MAC, just install a small script and in no time we’ll be able to see exactly what difficulty you might be having and provide live support. We also use this service for training, which has proved very helpful in conjunction with a live telephone call. Live support/training is provided by appointment only and, unless otherwise agreed, is billable at our hourly rate. If you are NOT a Webeze client, we unfortunately can not offer any kind of personal support. But we do encourage you to read through our Knowledge Base and check out our blog.
