Custom Outlook 2007 HTML Stationery

The need to consistently brand your company's image has never been greater. Every opportunity you get to put your company's logo, website URL and messaging in front of your clients (and potential clients) is vital to your capturing more market share.

While we used to reserve this service only for Webeze website design clients, we've decided to now offer this as a stand alone service. Contact us today to start your custom Outlook 2007 stationery project.

But first, some information on the process and requirements:

Here's How it Works

  • For a flat fee of $360* you will receive 2 e-mail stationery designs to choose from.
  • Once you choose one design, you will receive 2 revisions (additional revisions are $25 each)
  • After the design has been finalized, we code it and send you a sample email.
  • Upon your final approval, we package it up and send to you via email.
  • Installation is a breeze with our detailed online user-guide.
  • Your stationery is easy to edit using a standard text editor, should you wish to duplicate and add additional employees (signatures). However, if you prefer we create these for you, there is an additional charge of $25 per person.

*A payment of $180 is due when the order is placed. The balance is due upon final approval of stationery and upon receipt, the HTML files will be sent to you via email.

Requirements

Before you retain us to design your custom stationery, be sure you meet the following requirements. Once we design your stationery, no refunds can be given:

  • Your installation of Outlook 2007 came bundled with Word 2007 and were installed at the same time.
  • You have a Professional Edition of Office, not a Student Version.
  • You have FTP access (or can get it) to your server so that you can upload the images that make up your stationery.
  • You are using a PC.
  • You can provide your logo and any other elements you'd like incorporated into your design, preferably in a vector format (.eps or .ai). In many instances, if you have a website, we can get the images we need from there.
  • You can provide your preferred signature file (though this can be changed easily later on)
