WordPress Resources
Besides the multitude of books available from Amazon and other similar sites, you'll find there are lots of great (FREE!) resources to help you jump start your journey into WordPress.
We've compiled a few for you here and highly recommend you download the PDF's (even print them out for handy reference if you like) and definitely bookmark this page so you can come back to it easily.
WordPress Website
The WordPress.org website is a great place to get answers to most of your questions. The first place you'll want to visit is the Codex (Help Files) for Wordpress.
The WordPress forums are also a great place to visit. There's a good chance that a question or problem you're having has been previously asked by someone else. Searching the forum is also a great way to learn new tips and techniques. If you can't find an answer, register to be a WordPress user and you'll be able to post your own support questions. Keep in mind this community is made up of volunteers so always be kind, courteous and above all, patient.
If you are ever just plain stumped, there are several paid services available (of course, call Webeze first to see if we can't help you). Just do a search for WordPress Support (or WordPress Telephone Support, etc.).
Beginner's Guide to WordPress (PDF - 6MB)
This is a great guide created by Carolyn E. Cooper. It will take you on a step by step journey of the inter workings of WordPress. Though it says it's for beginners, I found it to be fairly comprehensive and will be a great resource for anyone who wants to dig in!
Quick Start to WordPress (PDF - 4MB)
This is really a visual guide to some of the basic steps of creating and ed ting a page or blog post. Simple illustrations make it easy to understand and follow.
