Why Bother?

I'm always amazed that people (not spam bots -- real live people) will take the time to complete the request for our free Website Planning Guide only to type in the wrong email address. Since it's an auto responder, this address is exactly where the download link is going to be sent to. So, to those out there wondering where your free Website Planning Guide is, you may need to complete the form again and use the correct email address (watch out for those dyslexic entries).
Even more laughable are the individuals who complete the form with bogus information (except the email address) to ensure we don't contact them. Well, trust me, we won't contact you if you don't want us to. It's as simple as that.
So, Mr. skfjkl95klhbslkjf at 484-4u84848884, I'm sorry you never received your Website Planning Guide because you entered your email address ending with .OMC. I could send it to directly to your .COM address, but you asked us not to contact you.
